About Our Family

We're a family of five, and our home is full of energy, laughter, and the wonderful chaos that comes with raising three young children. Our household is warm and welcoming, with days shaped by school routines, extracurricular activities, family meals, and the playful interruptions of an enthusiastic young golden retriever. Both parents work from home in demanding professional roles, which means our days require careful orchestration and a lot of flexibility.

We're a family that values efficiency and systems, but we also deeply value connection and presence. We want to spend our time engaging with our children, not constantly scrambling to stay on top of household logistics. We need a trusted partner who can help us maintain the foundation that keeps everything running smoothly. We're looking for someone who sees the dignity and importance in this work and who takes pride in creating order, rhythm, and ease in a busy home. We appreciate professionalism, warmth, and a positive energy that contributes to the overall atmosphere of our household.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who walks into a busy household and sees possibility instead of chaos. You're naturally organized, self-directed, and energized by the satisfaction of turning a messy kitchen into a functional, meal-ready space or transforming a pile of laundry into neatly folded stacks returned to their proper homes. You don't need someone standing over your shoulder; you assess what needs to be done, prioritize based on the family's rhythm, and execute with confidence and care.

Your days will revolve around the heartbeat of the home: the kitchen. You'll ensure groceries are ordered and stocked across multiple refrigerators and freezers, produce is washed and prepped for easy family use, ingredients are chopped and ready for dinner preparation, and counters and surfaces are reset daily so the family can move through meals without stress. You'll manage laundry and keep high-traffic areas tidy so the home always feels welcoming. You'll maintain and improve the organizational systems already in place, tackle deeper projects like reorganizing kitchen cabinets, coordinate seasonal swaps, and handle the small but essential tasks like processing school papers, uploading calendar invitations, scanning receipts, and prepping outfits and backpacks for the children's activities.

You're warm and approachable, but you also understand professional boundaries. You're comfortable working in a home where children may pop in with questions, where a puppy might need to be let outside, and where priorities can shift based on the day's demands. You communicate proactively, you're not intimidated by a to-do list that evolves, and you genuinely enjoy being the person who makes daily life easier for a family that's working hard to balance it all. You take pride in knowing that your efficiency, your attention to detail, and your positive presence allow this family to focus on what matters most.
