Job description

Purple Frog Graphics is a fast-growing wide-format and promotional products print company blending creative design, production expertise, and AI-driven innovation. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and production — someone who can concept boldly, execute precisely, and leverage modern AI tools to elevate print.

Design & Creative Development

· Design decals, logos, brochures, signage, banners, packaging, apparel, and large-format graphics.

· Develop compelling layouts using typography, color, imagery, and brand systems.

· Create custom artwork and presentation-ready mockups.

· Use AI tools to generate innovative visual concepts and creative assets.

· Refine AI-generated designs into polished, brand-aligned artwork.

AI + Print Production Execution

· Transform AI-generated visuals into high-resolution, scalable vector files.

· Prepare accurate, press-ready files (bleeds, margins, color profiles, resolution).

· Convert color builds to CMYK or spot colors for precise output.

· Troubleshoot file issues before production (fonts, transparency, dimensions, resolution).

· Collaborate with press operators and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

Collaboration & Workflow

· Partner with sales to understand client goals and brand direction.

· Provide proofs and iterate quickly based on feedback.

· Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

· Maintain organized file systems for efficient repeat production.

· Ensure final outputs meet PFG’s quality and presentation standards.

Qualifications

· Strong print-focused portfolio (production examples required).

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

· Demonstrated experience using AI tools to generate engaging visual concepts.

· Ability to convert AI or raster artwork into clean, production-ready vector files.

· Deep understanding of print specifications, large-format standards, and color management.

· Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
