Job description

While working safely the Twister Operator will patrol twister frames, while carrying out the twisting and plying procedures as well as placing specifications on the twisting frames and verifying the quality of the product in the event of machine failure. A Twister Operator will also inspect for defective bobbins and repacking creel yarns into boxes using the proper handling methods. They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their machine at all times, follow weekly TPM cleaning audit schedule. Complete all paperwork and maintain all records according to ISO standards. May be asked to work in Creeling when needed. Other duties as assigned.
