About the Role
The Associate Product Manager is an entry-level role where you contribute to shaping and delivering product features by working closely with customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You will support discovery, define clear requirements, and assist in bringing features from concept through to launch. This role offers hands-on experience with guidance and mentorship while building your skills across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
  • Support customer discovery by contributing observations, shaping solution ideas, and building understanding of customer workflows and goals
  • Track market trends and competitor activity relevant to your product area
  • Write clear product requirements grounded in customer needs and evidence
  • Write and present technical user stories clearly to internal stakeholders
  • Help plan feature functionality, balancing customer value, feasibility, and business impact
  • Support delivery by tracking progress, coordinating development and quality activities, and flagging blockers early
  • Participate in go-to-market launch planning with GTM, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Share product updates with sales and marketing teams, including new features, changes, and known issues

Requirements
  • Relevant experience gained through internships, projects, academic work, or early career roles
  • Customer curiosity and ability to keep customer needs central
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Analytical thinking and comfort using data to compare options and support recommendations
