Service Advisor

Mike Kelly Automotive is seeking a dedicated, Entry-Level Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact in our service lane, you will own the customer experience from start to finish. We are looking for a true professional who can balance exceptional "people skills" with the technical aptitude required to manage vehicle repairs and department productivity.

Core Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Greet customers promptly and professionally, acting as a trusted consultant to explain repair processes and vehicle needs.

  • Service Sales: Drive department growth by effectively selling technician time and maintenance services to meet or exceed sales forecasts.

  • Workflow Management: Prioritize required services and provide customers with clear options, transparent pricing, and accurate completion timelines.

  • Communication: Maintain proactive contact with customers regarding service expenses, potential changes in repair status, and Service Back-Order (B/O) updates.

  • Logistics & Tracking: Utilize internal systems to manage Fixed Operations Tracking, Menu Pricing, and the Rental Car Fleet to ensure a seamless service experience.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain a strong working knowledge of vehicle characteristics and operational features to answer customer inquiries confidently.
