Exciting Opportunity: Student Success Advisor - Nights at Tricoci University
About Tricoci University:
Tricoci University of Beauty Culture is a renowned institution dedicated to elevating the standards of beauty education. Our commitment lies in empowering each student with the skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in their beauty careers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Student Success Advisor to work evening shifts. In this role, you will provide vital support and guidance to students attending night classes, helping them navigate their academic paths while ensuring their success and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong, supportive relationships with night students to foster engagement and success.
  • Provide personalized academic and career advising tailored to the unique needs of evening students.
  • Monitor attendance and academic progress, proactively addressing potential concerns.
  • Assist students in accessing essential resources and support services available during evening hours.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify and support at-risk students.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and workshops scheduled during evening hours.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and track progress.
  • Organize and participate in student engagement activities suitable for night schedules.

Schedule: Evening shifts, typically running Monday through Friday 4:00-10:00pm
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in student advising, counseling, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting at-risk students, retention, or academic progress interventions.
  • Experience supporting students who attend evening or night classes.
  • Experience collaborating with faculty and administrative teams.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Available to work evening shifts as required.
  • A Cosmetology Teaching License or an Esthetics License is a plus.
