JOB SUMMARY

The Mechanical Engineer-Entry Level will design, develop, and oversee the manufacturing and maintenance of mechanical systems and products. They will apply principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis to create efficient and reliable solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and equipment according to project requirements.
  • Perform detailed engineering calculations and simulations to validate designs.
  • Prepare 2D/3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD,).
  • Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for design applications.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, and quality,).
  • Review and interpret technical specifications, standards, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Continuously improve product performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • EIT/FE certification (a plus).
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, product development, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD,).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, thermodynamics, and materials science.
  • Experience working with ISO standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
