Job Description
The Associate Financial Analyst is an entry-level position that will support the Moen brand under Fortune Brands Innovations. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to monthly business reviews, support ad hoc projects, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Position location: Deerfield, IL - Hybrid (Flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays)
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis for Moen Americas business unit
  • Preparation of financial reports and modeling focusing on variance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial data and commentary
  • Assist in preparation of monthly business review presentation materials
  • Ensure financial reporting is accurate as well as timely submission of monthly and quarterly deliverables
  • Perform Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist in building and maintaining Annual Operating Plan modeling

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • 0+ years of financial accounting, analysis and/or reporting is required. 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports and concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with finance in a manufacturing industry a plus.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $50,000- $70,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
