Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the management of technology-related assets across the organization. This role is responsible for assisting with the receipt, shipment, tracking, and inventory maintenance of equipment and devices. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming equipment and materials, verify shipment contents, and identify any discrepancies or damage.
  • Prepare, package, and coordinate outbound shipments while maintaining accurate tracking information.
  • Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with electronic records.
  • Maintain inventory logs and asset records using spreadsheet and database tools.
  • Generate basic inventory and activity reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives related to inventory, logistics, and asset tracking.
  • Learn and utilize asset management platforms and related business systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the efficient movement and tracking of equipment throughout its lifecycle.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines related to inventory management and data handling.
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed while following workplace safety practices.
