Victura Professionals is hiring an Entry Level Office Assistant for our Office in Suwanee, GA as follows:

*Job Specifics:

-Location: Suwanee, GA

-Full-Time Shift: 9am-5:30pm, Mondays - Fridays

-Part-Time Shift: 9am-2pm, Mondays-Thursdays

-Pay rate: $18/hr.

-For this Entry Level Position, you will be trained to be an Office Staffing Account Manager

-Job Status: Temp to Hire

*Minimum Job Requirements Include:

· English: Must be able to Read, Write, Speak and Understand English, No Exceptions!

· Must be Proficient/Advanced in Micosoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.) No Exceptions!

· Must be able to use Computers, Scan Documents, Printers, Use Adobe, No Exceptions!

· Must have previous work experience of at least 6-12 months, No Exceptions!

· Must have Valid Georgia Driver's License with acceptable MVR.

· Must take Feedback very well and be Coachable and Trainable

· Must be Honest and have High Integrity

· Professional work habits: good work conduct, be on time, not calling off a lot, work well with others, not taking longer lunch than authorized, not leaving the job early, etc., required for the job.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Must Pass Clean background and Drug Test Requirements

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong English Writing, Reading, Speaking and Understanding Skills.
