Overview

As a Business Analyst (BA), you will provide hands‑on consulting to clients by implementing and managing pricing and profit

strategies that drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with internal and client teams to identify and define analytical, and business requirements aligned with client goals. Utilizing strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, you will develop models, manipulate data, and uncover trends that highlight business opportunities. Demonstrating a proactive approach by identifying alternative solutions, you will make effective recommendations and present compelling arguments that support client decision‑making.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and deliver all assigned project tasks on time, achieving quality results aligned with project timelines.
  • Develop client materials using standard processes, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and communicate project status, risks, and issues promptly to minimize impact on deliverables.
  • Perform pricing analyses and build models using analytical tools such as Excel and Power Pivot to support decision‑making.
  • Conduct ad hoc data queries and detailed analyses to provide actionable insights for project teams.
  • Present findings and analysis to internal teams and C‑suite clients, clearly articulating recommendations.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal and external teams as a thought partner while absorbing and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve client deliverables and drive project and company success.
  • Leverage approved AI‑enabled tools and other workplace technologies, as appropriate, to improve productivity, enhance the quality of work, and support informed decision‑making while maintaining accountability for all work products.
  • Actively contribute to company growth initiatives while consistently delivering high‑quality individual work aligned with company values.
  • All team members are expected to support the organization’s commitment to information security, confidentiality, and system reliability. This includes following established policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive and client information, reporting potential security concerns, and supporting incident response or business continuity efforts as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, economics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, data analytics, mathematics, engineering, computer science or a related field. Anticipated graduation date of 2027.

Work Experience:

Demonstrated ability or experience in project management.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage context and prompts to optimize output of AI‑tools, evaluate and validate their outputs, using sound professional judgment while safeguarding confidential information and adhering to company policies and professional standards
  • Driven with a strong sense of personal responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including potential international travel

Compensation:

  • The annual salary for this position in Cleveland, OH and Columbus, OH is $72,500
  • The annual salary for this position in Chicago, IL is $77,500
