THE WORK:
  • You'll design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide clear insight into operational performance, key performance indicators, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • You'll partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into effective analytical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • You'll connect, transform, and integrate data from multiple business systems using Power Query, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and other data-integration tools.
  • You'll develop and maintain semantic models, measures, data pipelines, and reporting standards that promote accurate, consistent, and reusable information across the organization.
  • You'll support database management, data validation, quality assurance, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure reporting solutions remain reliable and maintainable.
  • You'll perform ad hoc analysis and develop analytical tools using Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, and related technologies.
  • You'll identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve the accessibility, quality, and presentation of business information.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience developing reports, dashboards, data models, or analytical solutions using Power BI and Excel
  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
  • Experience using Power Query and DAX for data transformation, modeling, and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Python or another programming language used for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), MySQL, or comparable database and data-platform technologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, accurate, and user-friendly reporting solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise-level Power BI semantic models, dataflows, deployment pipelines, or governed reporting environments
  • Experience integrating data from enterprise systems, APIs, SharePoint, cloud platforms, or other operational data sources
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, quality assurance, version control, and reporting-development best practices
  • Experience supporting capital programs, project controls, financial management, aviation, transportation, construction, or other large-scale public-sector operations

$170,000 - $187,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
