Position           : Power BI Developer / Data Analyst

Location          : Santa Clara, CA Onsite

Duration         : Long term contract

Description

Our team is seeking a contractor to support data pipeline development, reporting, and visualization efforts across multiple business units. This role will partner with engineering, program management, and lab operations teams to design and deliver dashboards and analytics that improve decision-making and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for large, complex datasets

• Build and optimize data pipelines from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, MongoDB, log files, etc.)

• Gather business requirements, translate into functional specifications, and deliver effective visualization solutions

• Troubleshoot data performance issues, ensure accuracy, and optimize dashboard usability

• Support automation and workflow improvements with tools such as Python and Jenkins

Top Skills Required:

Power BI Development OR Splunk Dev experience

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (building dashboards, DAX, performance tuning, visualization best practices)
