Education: No formal training is required, though familiarity with hospital operations and supplies is beneficial. Experience as a Certified Surgical Scrub Tech (CSS) or nursing assistant is preferred.
Experience: This is an entry-level position in anesthesia, with advancement opportunities based on competency achievements during the probationary period. Candidates should prefer routine, organized tasks involving cleaning, storing, and maintaining equipment.
Requirements: Ability to work under close supervision alongside multiple staff levels. Must be available for call coverage and shifts including first and second shifts.
