The Opportunity
As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Senior Associate - Pharma, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on enhancing the overall customer experience within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. You will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role, you will be part of our Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management team, working closely with clients in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications

- Prior experience in pricing, promotions, revenue growth management, and related analytics, including direct project work with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients and experience within P&LS organizations or consulting firms

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
