Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market-and we're building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.
As a Territory Sales Representative, you don't need prior pharmaceutical sales experience-we're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long-term career in the industry. You'll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real-world experience calling on healthcare providers.
This full-time role is with ImpactBio, a premier commercial partner in Life Sciences, with the potential to transition to Alembic Therapeutics based on strong performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of sales experience (B2B, Pharma, outside sales)
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
• Proven work ethic and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Coachability-someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
• High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
