Job description

Entry Level - Administrative Position - $18/hour

ELDEIRY & ELDEIRY, P.A., a probate administration and Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a highly personable, fun, loyal, energetic, positive, down-to-earth, responsible, and detail-oriented entry-level administrative person to join our team.

This is an IN-OFFICE position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

$18 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize documents, set up new client files

  • Represent the firm professionally and warmly—both over the phone and in written communications

  • Handle general administrative support, including printing, scanning, copying, and file maintenance; refilling copier paper

  • Managing incoming mail

  • Draft and send emails and letters on behalf of the firm

  • Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, court clerks, and judicial assistants as needed

  • Send and track court pleadings and other legal documents

  • Maintain consistent and professional client communication


Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Candidates will have taken the DISC assessment with WIZEHIRE

  • Researched our Firm

  • Previous law firm experience

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • A client-first mindset and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Reliable Transportation

Our firm navigates the Court system when a client's loved one passes away (Probate) and prepares Plans that provide tools/documents that allow the client's family to help care for them during the client's incapacity, and a plan for the family after that person passes away.
