Job description

About Us:

FMCA Filings LLC provides permit and compliance filing services to the trucking and transportation industry. We help carriers stay compliant with state and federal regulations so they can stay focused on the road. As we continue to grow, we’re looking to bring on a Personal Assistant.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage day to day activities/contractors

- Care for pets including trips to the vet

- Coordinate travel / reservations when needed

- Run personal errands

- Restock household items and Light House Maintenance (AC Filter change, etc)

- Obtaining Contractors for housework, car care / maintenance, etc

- Taking cars to and from shops

- Ensure security of house, cars, pets, etc (locking doors, gates, screens, visual awareness when in storage units for either damage, or people hanging around)

- Constant communication on tasks/timelines and if any obstacles become apparent

- Miscellaneous tasks assigned by CEO and COO

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior administrative or personal assistant experience.

- Customer service or support background is a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
