Novoa Marketing is looking for a motivated and people-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a team environment, and taking on new challenges while developing valuable business and communication skills.
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll work directly with customers while representing established client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales in a retail environment. You’ll learn how to understand customer needs, present effective solutions, and create positive experiences that strengthen client relationships.
We’re looking for individuals who are driven, coachable, confident, and eager to grow. No previous management or sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
  • Represent Novoa Marketing and our clients in a professional and personable manner during face-to-face customer interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing knowledgeable and personalized service
  • Learn client products, promotions, and sales strategies to confidently present solutions
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products and services based on their individual goals
  • Work closely with team members and leadership to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
