ARK Business Development is hiring Residential Team Leads to support and lead our face-to-face residential sales campaigns. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity designed for competitive, motivated individuals looking to develop leadership skills, grow quickly, and build a long-term career in sales and management.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support residential sales campaigns in assigned neighborhoods and territories
  • Engage homeowners face-to-face to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Learn territory management, sales tracking, and leadership fundamentals
  • Assist with team development, daily huddles, and performance coaching
  • Work alongside management to help execute campaign goals and maintain team momentum
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and service
