VZ Capital Group is growing and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Business Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them learn about telecommunications products and services that support their day-to-day operations.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching, so we're looking for people with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
• Learn about each business's communication and connectivity needs
• Present telecommunications products and services that may fit their goals
• Build professional relationships through excellent customer service
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional setting
• Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
