What You'll Do - As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent FAS Windows amp; Doors in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.
You'll:
  • Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach
  • Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs
  • Educate homeowners about FASWD's roofing, windows, and door services
  • Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team
  • Work toward individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Professionally represent the FASWD brand in the communities we serve

Previous sales experience is not required.
Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, marketing, or other competitive environments can be helpful, but your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more to us than your resume.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations
Schedule: First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Regular Field Schedule: Includes 1–2 weekly in-office meetings and training sessions.
  • Monday amp; Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday amp; Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
This role is for individuals who are ready to win.
This role requires you to get outside your comfort zone. You'll work in the field, talk to people you've never met, hear "no," and be challenged to improve.
