Store Sales SupportPosition Overview

The Store Sales Support role is an hourly, entry-level position focused on maintaining sales floor readiness and supporting the Style Consultant team. This role plays a critical part in replenishment, presentation, and organization while providing hands-on exposure to the sales environment. Store Sales Support team members will assist with shirt stack presentations and learn core sales fundamentals with the opportunity to grow into a Style Consultant role.

Primary Responsibility – Replenishment & Presentation

- Serve as the primary owner of stock replenishment across the sales floor

- Replenish shirts, accessories, and core merchandise to ensure full size and style availability

- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing shirt stack presentations

- Support Style Consultants by preparing and resetting displays during peak selling periods

- Ensure merchandise is rotated, folded, and displayed according to company standards

Supporting Responsibilities – Sales Floor Assistance

- Assist Style Consultants with product retrieval and floor support as needed

- Learn basic product knowledge including fits, fabrics, and core offerings

- Observe and support the consultative selling process to build sales readiness

- Provide exceptional professionalism and customer awareness on the sales floor

Operations & Housekeeping

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and back-of-house areas

- Assist with steaming, folding, and straightening merchandise throughout the day

- Support inventory processes including receiving, transfers, and stockroom organization

- Follow loss prevention, safety, and security procedures at all times

Growth & Development

- Participate in on-the-job learning to develop sales and customer service skills

- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

- Progression to Style Consultant is based on performance, readiness, and business needs
