Also a $2K Sign on bonus!  We are seeking an Entry Level Payroll professional to join our team in Norwood, MA. This team is amazing with great fun company culture! This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting their career in payroll and gaining valuable experience in a corporate accounting environment. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various payroll tasks and supporting the payroll department.

Duties:
- Assist with processing payroll for associates
- Perform data entry of associate information, including new hires, terminations, and changes
- Prepare and process journal entries related to payroll transactions
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation for payroll accounts
- Support the accounts payable team by reviewing and processing invoices related to payroll expenses
- Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accurate associate data and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with generating payroll reports and analyzing data for accuracy

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar payroll software
- Basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently and accurately
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger reconciliation
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
