7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant required. 

Strong prior Workday experience

7 years of HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g., Staffing/Jobs/Organizations, Time off and Leave, Worker data, Onboarding), Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, support, maintenance and configuration of our cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Job Requirements: 

Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, business or related field or work experience.  

7+ years’ experience as HRIS consultant required. Workday experience preferred.

Proficient in seven or more of these HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g., Staffing/Jobs/Organizations, Time off and Leave, Worker data, Onboarding), Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting.

Ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to systems. Demonstrated experience in providing positive, proactive communications. 

Strong familiarity with Cloud-based software concepts and business process modeling. 

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
