Accounting / Payroll Specialist


Location: Marietta, GA
Pay: $17+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement
Assignment Length: Approximately 60 days
Start Date: As soon as possible


Position Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting / Payroll professional to join our client's team in Marietta, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting and payroll experience who is looking for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll processing and related payroll functions
  • Perform general accounting and administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate financial and payroll records
  • Enter and review financial information
  • Assist with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable as needed
  • Use QuickBooks for accounting-related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information
