Entry-Level Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator Dallas, TX Starting at $18/HR | Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources and Payroll. In this role, you will support daily payroll and HR functions while assisting with front office operations and employee communications.

Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation Starting Pay: $18.00/HR Qualifications Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required) Previous administrative or HR-related experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Reliable transportation required Key Responsibilities Assist with payroll processing and provide backup support Support HR functions including employee records and documentation Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper) Assist with employee benefits coordination and follow-ups Manage employee communications and notifications Provide front desk support and greet visitors as needed Handle incoming mail and general office administrative tasks Assist with invoicing and basic administrative reporting Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance MEC-1 & MEC-2 (ACA Minimum Essential Coverage) Plans Available Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation Program Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit Access to Paycom for payroll and employee management Why Join Us.
