This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a professional and supportive work atmosphere. Utilizing our advanced telehealth platform, you will engage with patients in a secure online environment designed for effective, empathetic communication. Our operational hours are Mondays through Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to cater to the diverse schedules of our patients.

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate individual patient needs, histories, and treatment goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that respect the patient's cultural background and personal circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy as needed to effectively address various mental health concerns.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care that ensures maximum patient support.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in response to client emergencies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to maintain patient safety and well-being.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment alternatives, and accessible community resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, cultural competency training, and case conferences to promote continuous professional development and improve team cohesion.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• In-depth knowledge of a range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence in therapeutic settings.
• Proficient experience conducting therapy sessions utilizing responsive and inclusive approaches that cater to diverse populations.
• Proven crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building rapport with individuals from varied backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as general computer proficiency.
• A commitment to ethical practices, maintaining professional boundaries, and upholding patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment to ensure holistic patient care.

• Experience in a telehealth setting or with remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with culturally responsive treatment interventions and group therapy facilitation.
