Entry-Level Precast CAD Technician
Arvada, CO - Full-Time (In-Office to Start)

FDG, Inc. is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Precast CAD Technician to join our team in Arvada, Colorado. This position is ideal for someone early in their drafting career who wants hands-on experience creating real-world fabrication and construction-level drawings.
You will work on precast and prestressed concrete projects and gain exposure to both AutoCAD and Revit in a production environment that directly supports construction and manufacturing.
This is a full-time, in-office position during the initial training period. Hybrid flexibility is typically available after six months of onboarding and demonstrated performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create fabrication and construction-level precast/prestressed concrete drawings.
  • Use AutoCAD 2024 or newer versions and Revit depending on project requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Develop precision detailing skills in a real-world production environment.
  • Gain experience working on projects that move from design to fabrication.
