Outbound Customer Sales Executive:

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused outbound Call Center Agent to join our team.

Relationship Building- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers

Training Period

New hires will complete a 2-week paid training period and will be compensated at $13.00 per hour during that time. After this period, you will be compensated at $16 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule customer appointments accurately based on guidelines and availability.
Verify customer information and document call details in the system.
Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance.
Follow scripts, scheduling protocols, and quality standards.
Handle customer concerns or questions with patience and professionalism.
Meet performance expectations for attendance, call handling, and service quality.
Work assigned shifts, including any time between 8am–8pm Monday–Friday, and weekends as required.


What do you need to thrive?
Good communication, being able to adapt your communication style is key within this role
Previous customer service experience required (call center experience preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask while on calls.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information.
Professional, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts between 8am–8pm and weekends.


Preferred Skills

Prior experience in appointment scheduling or administrative support.
Outbound calling or customer service is a plus.

Motivated and target-driven with a focus on quality over quantity.
Must have open availability from 8am - 8pm
