Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Pay Range $25/hr. to $35/hr. DOE

Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role responsibilities, candidate's work experience, skills and education.

Brief Description

Coordinates the processing of released jobs through multiple shop floor and outside service processing (OSP) operations. Interacts closely with Planning, OSP, Manufacturing, Assembly and Quality to prioritize and expedite parts to meet on time schedule goals. Provides support information as needed.

Key Accountabilities

Process jobs through work cells and outside operations to best meet the on time schedule goals.

Address problems or bottlenecks that are delaying critical jobs from completing on time.

Act as a liaison between Planning, OSP, Manufacturing, Quality and Assembly to communicate scheduling delays and/or issues.

Escalate issues that are preventing jobs from completing on time.

Status jobs and maintain updated list of remaining operations of all released jobs.

Prioritize jobs into workstations as per planning codes, management direction and customer priority ranking.

Daily tracking of progress on critical jobs.

Update completion date on job package.

Provide daily updates for GEMBA board information.

Expedite move of material as required between areas.

Desirable Experience, Capabilities and Success Factors

Must have entry level knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Operations, Planning and Scheduling.

Must have ability to deal constructively with all levels and types of personnel.

Must have good speaking, reading and writing skills.

Must be able to communicate to investigate and resolve problems using verbal input, system input, process knowledge, and common sense.

Must be able to read and interpret work orders and routers.

Must be able to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Must have good organization skills.

Must have basic Excel skills.

Knowledge on Business Central (NAV), SAP, Oracle or other ERP system specifically on Materials master, Routing, Bill of Materials and Planning Modules.
