We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Management Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, team leadership, and management.

Our team works with charitable organizations to increase community awareness and support through engaging, face-to-face marketing campaigns in high-traffic retail locations and community events.

No previous management experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Position Overview

As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you will learn our marketing and customer engagement strategies while developing the skills needed to grow into a leadership and management position. You will work directly with customers, support charitable campaigns, assist with events, and learn how to train and lead a team.

This position is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, communications, or recent graduates who are looking to build a career in management.
