Job Overview
Madison Approach Staffing is recruiting for a Bilingual Patient Customer Service Specialist for our client, a medical equipment company. This role is crucial in maintaining patient relationships and ensuring continuity of care through medical equipment shipping, upgrades, and renewals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage customer interactions while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient phone calls and emails regarding equipment orders, status, and services
  • Process new patient accounts and verify insurance coverage
  • Coordinate equipment shipping, upgrades, and renewals
  • Generate sales orders and prepare delivery documentation
