Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional consultant - Payroll, OTL EXPERT
Location: Irvine CA (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking highly qualified Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional consultant with strong proficiency in OTL and Payroll. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining reports to meet the business needs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM
• Proficiency in BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
• Assist the Oracle HCM Functional Team in making the changes to make sure the Application works in the Fusion Environment.
• Experience in HDL, Fast formulas, Extracts and BI Reports.
• Experience of Migrating data for Projects from legacy systems of the clients.
• Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and develop test scripts for Fusion HCM projects.
• Expertise in RTF, Excel, E-Text Template.
• Strong knowledge required in SQL PL/SQL.
• Good hands on BIP & OTBI, Dashboard Report.
• Experience on Oracle Report Tool, Extract, OIC, Personalization & Customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain reports using Oracle Cloud HCM, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report development and usage.
