JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Associate provides administrative and operational support through the coordination and execution of print, mail, document processing, and office support activities. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. The Operations Associate helps ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and on time while providing support to internal teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Department as assigned.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and distributing items.
  • Process full policy requests and other emailed items efficiently and accurately.
  • Report on print, mail, and support tasks as needed.
  • Sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing mail with precision and efficiency.
  • Label, organize, and relocate storage boxes containing documents as per established procedures.
  • Handle the pickup and delivery of mail and packages to designated offsite locations as required.
  • Order office supplies such as envelopes and paper, following all purchasing procedures.
  • Review and verify delivery statements for accuracy and ensure prompt acceptance and delivery of packages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software and scanning applications.
  • Highly organized, able to work independently, and accept guidance when needed.
