Job description

Entry-Level Manager

If you're an early-career professional who is eager to learn, you take ownership, move fast, and want to lead, this is not just another job. This is a structured, entry-level, path into management. At Summit Careers, we don't hire experienced managers off the street, we build them. This role is designed for individuals who want to earn leadership through performance, not tenure. You'll start by learning the business from the ground up and progress into a leadership role in under a year.

From day one, you'll be actively involved in the core of our business:

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
  • Manage employees throughout their lifecycle (performance, engagement, retention)
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent
  • Submit qualified candidates and manage the hiring process
  • Provide high-level customer service to both clients and employees
  • Support daily branch operations and drive results

This is a fast-paced, people-driven environment where urgency and attention to detail matter.

We're not looking for average. We're looking for people who:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Take ownership and naturally step into leadership roles
  • Thrive with autonomy but stay accountable
  • Are highly detail-oriented and operate with urgency
  • Are competitive and driven, but still team-oriented
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively
  • Want a clear path to management and are willing to earn it

This is a clearly defined, accelerated path into leadership:

  • Phase 1: Recruiting & Talent Management (~5-8 Months)
  • Phase 2: Account Management (~3-6 Months)
  • Phase 3: Operations Manager (Ideally under 12 months)

Your progression is entirely performance-driven. The faster you produce results, the faster you advance.

We invest heavily in your success:

  • Hands-on, real-world training from experienced leaders
  • Advanced technology and AI tools to accelerate learning
  • Continuous coaching and feedback
  • Clear expectations and measurable goals

You won't be guessing, you'll know exactly what it takes to win.

Everything we do is built around:

  • GSD (Get Stuff Done): No excuses-just results
  • Good People: High integrity, positive attitude
  • Passion for Service: We care deeply about our clients, employees, and our communities
  • Coachable: Always learning, always improving
  • This is a rare opportunity to fast-track your career into leadership. If you're looking for a role where your effort directly determines your growth, you'll fit right in!
