Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of an entry level candidate for an open Jr. Operations Coordinator position that they have available on their team. Ideal candidates will have 1-2+ years of administrative or customer service and/or office experience and is looking for a past-paced position to work in a team environment.


This is a direct-hire/permanent opportunity with a client of Robert Half.


Main responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers and suppliers on orders

- Schedule transportation requests from clients

- Assist with obtaining insurance and insurance renewals for vehicles

- Negotiate with insurance companies on damage and repair claims
