Job description

Purpose and Impact:
This position with Amentum is to support the United States Central Command J2 Directorate through the analysis of All Source intelligence. Your fused analysis and assessment will be vital to the decision making of senior leaders to include the CENTCOM Commander. You will witness the impact of your analysis indirectly on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by our leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.

Essential Responsibilities:
The employee is responsible for conducting all-source Intelligence analysis and producing intelligence products in support of global missions and customers. The analyst applies ODNI analytic tradecraft standards to conduct research using a variety of databases and toolsets, compile and analyze complex data, and develop assessments in support of the team's mission. The employee shall provide personnel with skills and knowledge to support the Joint Intelligence Center, to include, in some cases, 24/7 shift work for situational awareness and warning. Contractor personnel shall have and maintain the ability to conduct all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR and USCENTCOM Areas of Interest (AOI) (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). All-Source contract personnel shall have and maintain the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products in the following subject areas; Analysis, Production, Application and Dissemination - Current and Term, Daily Production, Graphics and Visual Information, Write for Release, Current Intelligence Support, Political/Military, Terrorism, Cyberspace, Human Terrain/Socio-Cultural, Geospatial Intelligence, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Energy/Environmental, Ballistic Missiles, Compromise Mitigation Support, Open-Source, Order of Battle, Target Intelligence Analysis, Target Materials Analysis, and Target Discovery and Network/Systems

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Bachelor or masters degree, or, specialized training and 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience and recent equivalent intelligence/academic experience

Security Clearance Required:
  • TS/SCI w/ poly

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelors or 2 years experience

Minimum Years of Experience:
  • 2 years of order of battle experience

Compensation Details:
$70,000 - $73,000
