All Source Intelligence Analyst Expert
***This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.***
Cherokee Insights is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst to Provide intelligence analytic support in areas of terrorism/VEO, ESA/RMA, TCO, SIA, WMD, and other threat priorities and emerging crisis. The All Source Intelligence Analyst will provide analysis and answer tasks/requirements in the areas of insurgency, terrorism, conventional operations, information operations, and asymmetric warfare.

All Source Intelligence Analyst Expert Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluate intelligence reports from all intelligence disciplines - GEOINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber and SOF intelligence activities to identify information gaps and faulty assumptions, develop source directed requirements, collection requirements, essential elements of information, specific information requirements, and priority intelligence requirements to refine understanding and answer the commander's critical requirements (CCIR) in support of SOF mission planning and execution.
  • Use all research and conclusions to produce analytic products and interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and maintain situational awareness to accomplish sensitive Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.
  • Identify information gaps and will follow by the coordination for codification of those gaps into intelligence and/or collection requirements to meet current and anticipated intelligence needs, as well as the evaluation of intelligence collected in response to requirements.
  • Conduct analytic engagements with counterpart specialists throughout the unit, the Intelligence Community, and other Government agencies so that all sources of information are exploited.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

All Source Intelligence Analyst Expert Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of all-source intelligence analyst experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working for or with national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge in the area of intelligence support to special operations.
  • Experience supporting the INDOPACOM AOR.
  • Experience supporting SOF is highly desired.
  • Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of current experience and knowledge of analytic tools developed within the last five (5) years.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of and recent experience with all-source intelligence tools to include the following:
    • Message Traffic Databases. Examples include M3/S3, TAC, NGT/Trident, RMT, or others.
    • Fused Intelligence Analysis and Visualization Tools including FADE MIST, Proton, IC Palantir, and Analyst Notebook, Geospatial Analysis Tools, including Google Earth or ArcGIS.
    • SIGINT Analysis Tools, including DataXplorer or ICREACH or Voltron.
    • Proficiency with standard commercial software applications and web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) is also expected.
    • Recent experience with the following specialized tools is highly desired: CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite of Tools, QLIX, and DATAMINR.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
