The Production Operator is a crucial role within our facility, responsible for operating filling equipment and maintaining safety standards, regulatory compliance, and product quality. They play a key role in our facility's smooth and efficient operations by ensuring accurate and precise filling of chemicals. Who You Are:
  • Actively participate in safety and process improvement initiatives

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, process deviations, or product inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions.

Your Experience Should Include:
  • Minimum of 6 months or equivalent experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment, preferably in chemical filling or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Familiarity with GMP principles and the ability to apply them in daily operations to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance is preferred.
  • Understanding of safety protocols, procedures, and regulations within a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Proficiency in operating filling equipment or similar machinery. Ability to understand and follow equipment manuals, process instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, report issues, and follow instructions from supervisors or management.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects (50 lbs), and repetitive motion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work schedules, and production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Identify and address any issues or abnormalities that may arise during the filling process, such as equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

  • Work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and efficient communication throughout the filling process.
