Required Skills: - Completed secondary education and prior experience as a Field Technician or similar role
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, environmental standards, and practices
- Extensive knowledge of pipeline operations and upstream production processes
- Proficiency in safety and operations management tools and procedures
- Familiarity with emergency preparedness and incident reporting protocols
- Ability to monitor, control, and coordinate maintenance and operational activities
- Capable of sampling and executing field laboratory tests
- Experience with Wellhead and surface equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and commercial agreements in upstream fields
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working in West Texas, New Mexico, Bakken, North Dakota, or Oklahoma regions
- Background in process operations within non-refinery environments
- Familiarity with project design specifications and safety standards specific to oil and gas upstream operations
- Skills in troubleshooting well production issues and diagnostics
- Prior participation in emergency response activities
Preferred Education and Experience: - At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in upstream oil and gas operations or related technical fields
- Technical certifications in safety, operations, or maintenance are highly desirable
Other Requirements: - Willingness to work a rotation schedule of 14 days on, 14 days off, covering day and night shifts
- Must be comfortable working on-site at our production facilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and operational excellence
