Office Inventory Clerk Wanted!!

Mossy Nissan is seeking an entry level Office Inventory Clerk to Join our Team! A great attitude and a great work ethic are the most important things we are looking for, and we are willing to train the right candidate!

Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage ranging from $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr

This position is located at our Business Office in Kearny Mesa. The position consists mostly of computer work, in a quiet, clean, professional work environment.

The ideal candidate will have superb Organizational & Multi-tasking abilities, and previous related office experience, but not having previous experience is not a deal breaker if you can show us why you are the right candidate for the position!

Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned. 

  • The Office Inventory Clerk manages records, paperwork, accounting, and physical inventory audits for Vehicle Inventory Department.

Qualifications

  • Valid CA Driverโ€™s License & Clean Driving Record Required
  • Previous related experience preferred - NOT required
  • Experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Good Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work closely in a Departmentalized Team environment.
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be highly organized, have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
