Customer Service / Administrator
Location: Wooster, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Mancan has partnered with a well-established company in Wooster that is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join their office team as an entry-level Customer Service/Administrator.
This position plays an important role in providing exceptional customer service by maintaining accurate customer orders, assisting customers by phone and in person, and supporting the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, eager to learn, and interested in growing with the company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices for deliveries
Enter and maintain customer tickets and orders
Maintain load lists, invoices, pick reports, route lists, and driver paperwork
Process UPS orders and mail pickup/drop-off
Track, order, and help manage office supplies and inventory
Assist customers with questions and concerns by phone or in person
Route customer concerns to the appropriate department when needed
Enter employee orders and fax orders
Provide overflow administrative support to the sales team
Adjust daily priorities as needed to support changing business needs
Requirements:
Reliable and dependable with guaranteed transportation
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Certain times of the year may require split shifts to accommodate order maintenance and delivery invoice preparation
