About the Role:

This is not an entry-level position. The location of the office is in San Bernardino, CA. Spanish speaking candidates are preferred. Must have knowledge in dental billing (DentalXchange) and working with Open Dental software.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and manage front desk staff.

Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies.

Manage billing, insurance claims, and patient accounts.

Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating office personnel.

Implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.

Requirements:
