Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a good aptitude for math. This role will support various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

This position will be responsible for assisting various departments. The duties will grow with the position, initial responsibilities may include tasks such as filing, copying, matching invoices, sending emails, data entry, contacting customers regarding their accounts, creating and maintaining spreadsheets and data, as well as various other office duties as assigned.

This position is perfect for someone looking for a day time entry level office position wanting a Monday through Friday schedule. The position offers experience in different areas of Business Administration with opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
