Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team and provide seamless support in our fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and is keen on ensuring that office operations run smoothly.
  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries.
  • Coordinate office communication, including managing emails, letters, packages, and internal memos.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate needed supplies; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
