Job Description:

THE JOB / Event Executive (Global Hospitality) (Payment Services Client)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
*** Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations -- Stamford, CT or New York, NY.***
Our client is an award-winning payment services brand known for iconic marketing initiatives. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated person to join our Hospitality Team. This Event Executive will support multiple projects and gain exposure to a wide range of hospitality experiences and live events.
This role involves assisting with pre-event planning, registration management, on-site event support, and post-event follow-up and reporting. You will work within a service-focused team delivering a high-quality hospitality experience for clients and guests.
THE WORK YOU'LL DO
- Support event planning, on-site activation, and post-event wrap-up across hospitality programs
- Assist with online guest registration systems and database management
- Help develop templates and gather invitee information from clients and partners
- Support budget tracking, updates, and reconciliation
- Assist in creating guest itineraries for events such as golf, entertainment, and private experiences
- Support weekly status calls and internal team meetings
- Assist with event logistics including travel, lodging, food and beverage, and production needs
- Prepare status updates and basic reports for internal and client use (e.g. invitation tracking, guest lists, schedules)
- Support preparation and distribution of meeting notes, execution guides, and staffing documents
- Assist with post-event reporting and recap development
- Provide general account support and respond to client requests as needed
- Be available for weekend and holiday work when required

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably in event support or hospitality
- Interest in sports, entertainment, travel, or live events
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable
- Strong team player who is willing to support others and learn from them
- Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Spanish-language fluency is preferred, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with budgets and data entry in Excel
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel: Moderate (20-45%)
This position pays $40,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
