Job description

The Mobile Workforce Technician I is an entry-level role responsible for performing standard janitorial and facility service tasks at assigned customer locations as part of HBM’s mobile workforce team. Technicians will travel with their assigned team to multiple worksites and complete scheduled cleaning tasks according to HBM service standards.

This role focuses on learning HBM cleaning procedures, maintaining consistent quality, and supporting the team in completing daily service routes.

Technician I employees perform routine cleaning duties and are not responsible for operating specialized equipment or handling advanced cleaning chemicals until additional training is completed.
