Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for minor repair to trusses on home sites.
  • Work with site supervisors to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Two to Three years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of framing
  • Must have excellent mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to use a tape measure to 16ths.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and assertiveness.
  • Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and internal customers.
  • Knowledge in MS Office software, including Excel

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as telephone, calculator, copy machine, computer printer, etc.
  • Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel to surrounding customer job sites across Indiana and Ohio.
  • Valid Drivers License with For Hire endorsement.
