About the Role:
Michael Silao, MD is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Chino Hills, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a patient-centered environment where your clinical expertise truly makes a difference. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
  • Provide patient education on disease management, prevention, and wellness
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Requirements:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California (NP-C or equivalent)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
