Sales Associate – B2B (Entry-Level Sales Development Program)Position Overview

The Sales Associate role is an entry-level, development-focused position designed to prepare individuals for a future career in B2B sales at Storr Office Environments. This structured program typically spans 12–18 months and provides hands-on experience, training, and exposure to the commercial interiors industry.

In this role, you will support experienced Account Managers, engage with prospective clients, and build foundational skills in consultative selling, product knowledge, and client relationship management. The goal is to successfully transition into an Account Manager position within one of Storr's key market segments.Schedule & Compensation

  • Base salary of $55,000
  • Guaranteed $2,500 quarterly bonuses ($10,000 annually)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Opportunity to attend networking and industry events to build your professional presence

What You'll DoSales Development & Client Interaction
  • Engage with inbound prospects (walk-ins, calls, and referrals) to understand business needs
  • Recommend appropriate products and services based on client requirements
  • Prepare and deliver quotes for smaller-scale opportunities (typically under $10K)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to move opportunities forward
Training & Skill Building
  • Participate in a structured sales training program focused on consultative selling
